Absolutely fantastic business! I purchased some live edge lumber from them for my wedding a year ago and couldn’t be happier with the quality and the price of the lumber. I also used Johnson Ops Tree Care for tree removal on my property after the December storm we had last year. I had MASSIVE mature trees that fell on my property and took out about 150 feet of my fence and my shed. They removed 2 huge pine trees and a willow in a single day while I was at work. They also removed the largest maple that I had on my property in a single day as well. They were great about cleanup of brush as well. Fantastic business and very professional people to work with. I will continue to use them in the future. Also they are a great place to get wood chips!

Kris and the rest of the team at Johnson Ops Tree Care did an excellent job of trimming our giant silver maple. Their main concern for the tree is it’s health, and their ability to accomplish the trimming I was looking for while keeping the tree healthy and viable is worth every penny! Only trust trained arborists with your trees, Johnson Ops are those professionals.

I had a commitment from another tree removal service to remove two dying ash trees but they never showed after several attempts. This became a problem when the city took notice and ordered the trees removed ASAP. Being in hysterics, I reached out to several tree removal services around the La Crosse area. Johnson Ops Tree Care was the only ones to respond in a timely, consistent manner. They were upfront that they might not be able to get to the tree removal immediately, but would do what they could.

I was expecting to wait a couple months, but Johnson Ops Tree Care was able to come in a couple weeks. Their five+ member crew were extremely professional and quick, methodically removing the tree and debris in half a day. The stumps came out a couple weeks later.

Thanks to them, they put our mind at ease knowing we no longer have to worry about those damn trees! Highly recommend.

With the recent storm we lost significant parts of 3 trees in our yard. One tree’s remaining branch could possibly come down on our roof if we would have any more rain or wind. I called and left messages for 3 different tree services with no return calls. I was able to reach Kris and she was great! She came out to look at the damage same day & a crew was here the next morning! They were very professional & did a great job cleaning up! Would recommend this business to anyone! They have our business for any future needs!

Kris is awesome to work with. I received my quote within a week and we accepted the quote and the work was scheduled for the later the same week. I had two ash trees removed and a spruce which were all over 30 years old. The crew had the trees down and clean up done in a little over 4 hours. I would highly recommend them.

Dave and Kris helped trim the trees in our yard. We should have done it years ago and the trees look so healthy now. They are also the only reason my ash trees are happy and healthy when the neighbors on the street have red Xs painted on them. Go to them for mulch too!

Just a note to tell you how pleased we are with what you have done with our trees. I noticed right away that the yard seems more open and not so dark appearing but we still have the trees. I must say the guys did a great job, were very respectful, and did a wonderful job with clean up. Kudos to you and I am grateful we have an arborist to take care of our property. After including the ash tree through mulch with our pines my husband liked it so much we also did that with our other ash tree in the far back yard. I had been wanting to do that for a while if possible but after you suggested it my husband agreed to do it. Thank you for your expertise and advice. Next year our crabs out back need thinning, etc  so we will be calling you again. Thanks again for all your expertise.

I just had my 170 yr old mammoth Mulberry trimmed by Johnson Ops Tree Service. They are certified arborists & have done a fantastic job for over ten years now with all my trees.

Arborvitae shrubs look great, even through the winter. Very knowledgeable, friendly.
